Plate Compactors/Soil Compactors
We are one of the highly reputed companies engaged in manufacturing and supplying Plate Compactors/Soil Compactors, Vibratory Plate Compactor, Industrial Plate Compactor, Construction Plate Compactor, Vibratory Soil Compactor, and Mechanical Soil Compactor, which are low amplitude and high frequency machines, designed to Compact Granular Soils and Asphalt. Its frequency range is usually between 2500 vpm to 6000 vpm.
Our Plate Compactors are used in trenches and small restricted areas, where rollers unable to reach and compact the soil and also for small repair and maintenance work. It uses centrifugal force for compacting the soil or asphalt. They are perfect for compaction of granular soils, sands, gravel, crushed aggregate and mixed soils. They are hand operated and come in two types – only Forward Movement and Reversible Plate Compactor where forward/reverse operation is possible. Reversible Vibratory Compactors are the most suitable for backfilling along foundations and utility trenches. Compactors applied for asphalt also comes with a Water Tank and Sprinkler System as an option to prevent asphalt from sticking to the bottom of the Base Plate of the Machine.
Soil Rammer or Tampers: We are the leading manufacturer and supplier of Soil Rammers or Tampers that deliver a high amplitude high frequency and machines are making them an excellent choice for cohesive and semi-cohesive soils. Its frequency range is 500 to 750 blows per minute. Tamper Rammers provide a better compaction than the Plate compactors and are used for paving. Tampers have a smaller sized plate to easily get into tight areas and work perfect on asphalt.
Rollers: Our Rollers are accessible in various categories while Walk-Behind and Ride-on Rollers, are available with Static and Vibratory sub-categories. Static Vibrators compact the soil or asphalt with the weight of the machine by rolling over the surface. Vibratory Rollers, in addition to the Static Load of the Machine, a vibrating system is introduced by means of an eccentric shaft. By this method much better compaction is achieved.
Walk-Behind Roller: SiR Pe is a highly distinguished manufacturer and supplier of Walk-Behind Rollers, which are designed after years of study on hand in the field. These machines are highly suitable and perfect for both soil and asphalt. Dual steel drums are mounted on a rigid frame and powered by gasoline or diesel engine. Steering is done manually by using the machine handle, where the Control Levers are fixed. The achieved frequency will be around 4000 vpm and amplitudes range from .018 to .020. Vibration is provided by eccentric shafts placed within the drums or mounted on the frame of the machine.
Ride-on Roller: Our Ride-On Rollers, Static-Wheel Rollers, Ride-On are used primarily for asphalt surface sealing and finishing work in the larger (8 to 15 ton) range. Small Ride-On Units are used for patch jobs with thin lifts.
